Why Integrity
It needs an environment built to turn commitment into consistency—and consistency into a life worth protecting.
Every house manager lives in the home and serves as a CRPA or licensed peer advocate, providing consistent presence, practical guidance, and daily accountability.
Residents build connection through shared responsibility, 12-step participation, accountability meetings, and a culture where progress matters.
Confidence, routine, and practical life skills help residents move forward without losing what recovery made possible.
